The Thai HIIT Kickboxing Heavy Bag Workout is a great way to start your fitness journey or spark some new life into your routine.  Bag work can help you fight the boring cardio routines that we all avoid. It adds some excitement even if you have no plans to ever step in the ring.  Remember, the heavy bag won’t hit you back so when you’re doing your rounds it’s okay to pretend it’s Mike Tyson and you’re brawling for the heavy weight championship, that kid who beat you up in the third grade or even your boss. Just don’t hit your boss in real life and even more importantly never hit Mike Tyson. Feel free to change the order of the techniques to alternate upper body and lower body. Or, once you’ve gotten more advanced string together your own combinations for alternate rounds.  Let us know what you think and any ways you’ve changed the routine up to make it your own.
